She enables clients to access their most authentic selves, guiding them to unlock clarity, confidence, and courage in both their personal and professional lives.
Katie Leimkuehler
Executive Coach & Leadership Advisor
Katie Leimkuehler is an Executive Coach who has been working with clients for over a decade and specializes in leadership development, career advancement and building a growth mindset. She has several years of experience coaching in the finance industry working with hundreds of leaders including C-Suite executives and VPs on mastering communication skills, creating habits that drive productivity, strategic planning, team motivation and succession planning. She has her Executive Coach Certification from the Center of Executive Coaching, an Organizational Leadership Certificate from Northwestern University and is a Certified Organizational Development Coach. Katie has a BA from Miami University of Ohio and her MFA from Roosevelt University. She empowers her clients to own their coaching journey and serves as a thought-partner and collaborator to guide them to produce winning results.

well as fostering emotional resilience and improving sleep. Megan’s approach to coaching is intuitive, supportive, and goal-oriented. She builds a
