Chantel Jarrett
Emotional safety and the therapeutic alliance are of upmost importance to me and the work we do together. I believe leading with empathy and accountability are the pillars in any healing journey. That’s why I incorporate many different treatment techniques and utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet clients where they are. In the first sessions, I encourage my clients to define their wants, needs, and boundaries while I assist them in setting their own goals. I believe that therapy should be individualized to accommodate the differences in each of us that showcase our resilience and beauty. By allowing the clients to set their own goals, I hope to encourage them to feel heard and empowered.

I have experience working for Child Welfare, mental health crisis services, and Women's Shelters, as well as working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in therapeutic settings. Some of the specific concerns I can assist in addressing are Anxiety, Depression, ADHD,
childhood trauma, Substance Abuse, and Foster and Adoptive Family transitions/issues.
I understand the immense courage it takes to invite someone else into the intimate stages of growth, and I am grateful for the opportunity to witness individuals blossom into the best versions of themselves.
